How to use this calculator
Saturday and Sunday are weekends. No national holiday calendar is assumed: enter the dates relevant to your location.
Repeated holidays count once, while holidays outside the range or on weekends do not reduce the total. The start date is included; the end date follows your chosen setting.
The formula
Working days = Monday-to-Friday dates in the range − unique weekday holidays inside the range.
A worked example
14–20 September 2026 contains five weekdays. Excluding 15 September as a holiday leaves four.
